THE OBJECTIVE
The Icons of Culture Festival was the inaugural program of Perelman Performing Arts Center (PAC NYC)’s second season. The festival was a selection of conversations with pop culture “icons” about what makes them iconic. I was part of the team designing the creative assets to promote the series to patrons and in the theater. I notably worked on the first digital program for the theater with HTML/CSS on a customizable platform InsideGuide (see here).
THE APPROACH
The goal of the festival creative is to establish a brand voice to utilize for the next three seasons as a repeating series. Unlike a theatrical world created by a musical or a play, the Icons of Culture Festival maintained a professional and minimalist approach to marketing with a focus on brand logos and the likeness of the “icons.”
